I have been teaching piano and harp lessons for 30+ years.  Working with students young and "young at heart" are one of my most favorite things.  There is nothing more gratifying than seeing a student progress and be proud of what they have accomplished.

I have a Bachelor of Music degree in music education and harp performance.  I have also studied piano pedagogy and teach music theory to my students.

Many of my students have received superior medals at RIMEA's Solo and Ensemble rating festivals.  My students perform at annual recitals to a very appreciative audience and are well received.  My philosophy is I meet every student, if they are beginners, skilled students or adult students, where they are in their music journey.  I will find their strengths and help them work on their unique abilities for an enjoyable and satisfying experience.
